9 months

Well, Logan had his 9 month check up. He's doing very well. Luckily his weight gain has slowed down. He only gained 2 pounds in 3 months. I'm happy about that. Here are his stats:

weight: 23lbs. 8oz.
height: 29.5 inches

I'm glad that he's no longer in the 97th percentile anymore for weight (he's in the 90th). I figure that he's so active now that his weight gain has slowed down enough. Yesterday he pulled himself up to a standing position and let go of the couch and just stood there for a minute and a half. He loves to just stand still and laugh. His latest thing has been climbing up the stairs. We blocked one entry to the stairs with a gate and didn't think he'd find his way around til later, but he found it a few days ago. So now we need to get another gate put up to stop him from getting to the stairs. I have to say, he's pretty good at climbing them though.
He has become so active lately. He does not like to sit still for long and he can't stand being ignored. He needs someone to play with, or just be near him ALL the time. It can get very tiring, but he's fun to be around so it's worth it.
